As part of the 9th Offshore Wind Economic Forum, Veja Mate received the award for “Best Offshore Wind Power Plant in Operation”. In the overall assessment of the technical, commercial and HSE-performance criteria, the 402 MW project prevailed.

On 28 August 2020, Stefan Klett, Managing Director of Veja Mate Offshore Project GmbH since 2017, received the award at Helgoland.
